Submission Checklist – Axia Scientific Publishers

Before submitting your manuscript, ensure that it meets the following requirements:

• The manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and follows the required formatting guidelines.
• The document is in an acceptable file format (e.g., Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)).
• All figures, tables, and supplementary materials are included and properly referenced.
• The manuscript is grammatically correct and free from plagiarism.

Authors are encouraged to submit the following:

• Title Page – A separate document containing:
  • Manuscript title
  • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors
  • Corresponding author’s contact details
  • Any acknowledgments or funding disclosures
• Anonymous Manuscript – The main document without author names or affiliations to maintain double-blind review confidentiality.
• Cover Letter (if required) – A brief introduction to the research, its significance, and why it is suitable for the journal.

• The study adheres to ethical research guidelines and has obtained necessary approvals (e.g., IRB approval for human/animal studies).
• A conflict of interest statement is included, if applicable.
• Any previously published content is properly cited and referenced.

• References are formatted according to the journal’s citation style.
• All in-text citations correspond to a reference in the bibliography.

• The manuscript follows the journal’s word count and formatting guidelines.
• The corresponding author has reviewed and approved the final version.
• All authors have read and agreed to the submission.
