Publication Charges Updated Information


Axia Scientific Publishers is dedicated to advancing global research by offering open-access publication services. To support the editorial and production processes involved in publishing high-quality scientific work, a Publication Charge is applied. This fee helps cover a range of essential operations, including:

  • Coordination and management of manuscript submissions
  • Rigorous double-blind peer review
  • Professional language editing and formatting
  • Graphic improvement and layout preparation
  • Secure long-term digital archiving and worldwide online access
  • Technical upkeep of published articles within our repository systems

Our PC model is designed to remain affordable and researcher-friendly, ensuring that scholars across diverse regions can publish without facing financial barriers.

Publication Charges:

  • APC per Article: 1500 USD (one-time payment)
  • Submission Fee: Not applicable
  • Billing Timeline: Charges apply only after the manuscript is formally accepted
  • Invoice Delivery: Provided to the corresponding author after publication via a secure payment portal
  • Hidden Costs: None — the APC covers the full publication process

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy:

  • Free Withdrawal: Allowed within the first 48 hours of submission
  • Post-Review or Production Withdrawal: A fee of 400 USD will be charged if the manuscript is withdrawn after entering peer review, production stages (Early Release/Ahead of Publishing), or after being published online.
